About this role
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required; Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of engineering and/or operational experience; at least 3 years in transmission grid, capital construction or design engineering; 5 years of progressive supervisory experience in Engineering or Grid Operations.
- Demonstrated understanding of design engineering, construction, and maintenance practices, procedures, processes, and NERC standards; understanding of the project life-cycle process for Distribution projects; strong organizational and leadership skills; proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams; strong risk management concepts; ability to cope with complexities in a highly matrixed organization.
