Overview of the Role:

Every strong quarter starts with a plan people believe in. In this role, you'll build that plan for InMobi's North America Demand business.

Reporting to the Director – Global Revenue Operations, you'll provide revenue operations support across our programmatic and performance solutions sales teams, as well as our growth management and development teams. You'll own forecasting, territory and quota design, and named account list management for each of them, shaping both how we read the business and how every team goes after it.

Sales leadership will count on you as their analytical and operational partner. You'll give them an accurate, current read on where the business stands, and goals and territories their teams can act on with confidence. When the numbers move, you'll be the one who can explain why and recommend what comes next.

This role is a great fit for someone analytical and organized who is comfortable partnering directly with sales leadership, up to the C-suite. If you enjoy being the person leaders turn to for clarity, you'll find meaningful scope, visibility, and impact here.

Location: This role is based in our New York, NY, office and requires regular in-office presence. Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, industry events, etc.

The Impact You'll Make:

Forecast, Plan & Measure

  • Own the recurring forecasting cadence for North America Agency & In-House sales, as well as Performance Solutions sales and account management across North America. This includes weekly and monthly forecasts, quarterly business plans, and the variance analysis needed to reconcile plan against actuals.

  • Build and maintain forecast models across key revenue metrics for each business, surfacing risk and opportunity early enough for leadership to respond.

  • Support the quarterly planning cycle end to end for each business: closing the prior quarter, finalizing the next quarter's forecast, and delivering targets ahead of the quarter start.

Goal Setting & Territory Support

  • Lead territory, quota, and target setting for North America Agency Sales, Account Management, Client Development, Agency Development, and Performance Solutions teams, grounded in account potential, market maturity, and team capacity.

  • Ensure quarterly quotas are set and delivered ahead of the quarter start, and that performance against quota is measured, transparent to every individual, and delivered ahead of payroll deadlines.

  • Own the development and maintenance of named account lists for each team, using account potential, historical performance, and market data to determine coverage, ownership, and prioritization, and refresh assignments on a regular cadence.

  • Partner with Finance and sales leadership to translate annual and quarterly plans into clear goals for each team and region.

Deep Knowledge of the Business

  • Maintain a current, working understanding of the North America Agency, Brand, and Performance business, including key strategic priorities, revenue composition, and areas of risk and opportunity.

  • Turn that knowledge into proactive recommendations when performance moves away from plan.

  • Own core sales operations processes across these teams, including pipeline governance and reporting standards, applying the same definitions and data integrity checks used across the broader Revenue Operations organization.

Partnership with Sales Leadership

  • Serve as the primary revenue operations partner to North America leadership.

  • Apply one consistent operating standard across every team you support (one planning cadence, one goal-setting process, one source of truth) while staying attuned to the dynamics specific to each business.

  • Represent these businesses in cross-functional forums with Finance, Product, and the broader Revenue Operations organization.

Individual Operating Efficiency

  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to your own workflows to increase efficiency, freeing up more of your time for analysis and partnership rather than manual reporting.

The Experience

We Need

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Operations, or a related field

  • Experience leading end-to-end revenue planning and forecasting for a sales organization

  • Hands-on experience with territory design and named account list development

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), BI tools (Excel, Tableau, Rill), and financial or forecast modeling

  • Proven stakeholder management experience, including direct communication with senior sales leaders across more than one region

  • Analytical rigor, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations

  • Background in the digital advertising or programmatic advertising industry

  • An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus, but not required

Skills & Attributes That Will Set You Apart

  • Business acumen: You can explain why a number moved based on a real understanding of the underlying business.

  • Rigor: You produce forecasts and goals that are backed by data and delivered on schedule.

  • Communication: You raise concerns and flag gaps to senior stakeholders directly, with data to support your position.

  • Cross-regional depth: You build a working knowledge of the North America and EMEA markets, specific enough to defend the goals and territories set for each.

  • Process discipline: You write SOPs and follow them consistently.

  • Applied use of AI: You identify where automation and AI can increase your efficiency and apply them to your own workflow.
