About the Role Eskom seeks a senior leader to provide strategic leadership and oversee research management and development, demonstration projects, and resource management within engineering and environmental domains. This role is designed to advance Eskom's research portfolio through strategic direction, stakeholder engagement, and HR leadership. What You'll Do
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the research section.
- Lead the provision of technical and consulting support for Eskom's research portfolio.
- Provide a strategic framework for research development and demonstration.
- Manage and optimize the section infrastructure and resources.
- Provide human resources leadership.
- Perform stakeholder relationship management.
- Perform performance analysis for research.
