About the Role CHEPLAPHARM Arzneimittel GmbH is a globally active specialty pharmaceutical company. We are seeking a Senior Manager – Regional Distributor Partnerships to drive sustainable growth in Western Europe South by developing and managing distributor partnerships, leading commercial planning and performance, enabling the strategic integration of acquisitions, ensuring compliance, and representing the company externally.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage regional distributor partnerships across Western Europe South, aligning with corporate objectives, sales targets and market potential to drive sustainable growth.
- Lead Commercial Planning, Execution and Performance Management, partnering with senior leadership and owning planning, execution and performance monitoring for assigned markets.
- Conduct in-depth Market Intelligence and Strategic Decision-Making, performing market and competitive analyses and translating insights into actionable commercial plans.
- Enable Strategic Integration of Acquisitions by coordinating with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Marketing and other functions to ensure smooth market entry and continuity.
- Ensure Compliance and Governance Excellence by adhering to applicable pharmaceutical regulations and distributor agreements, and proactively addressing risks and deviations.
- Manage Key Stakeholders and Market Access by engaging with healthcare professionals, regulatory authorities and trade associations to strengthen market access and business continuity.
- Represent the Company Externally and Drive Visibility by attending industry events and proactively fostering new business opportunities across Western Europe South.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or comparable discipline; 5+ years of experience in sales, business development or alliance management within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences sector.
- Strong Pharmaceutical Market Expertise, including distribution structures, market access approaches and regulatory frameworks.
- Commercial and Negotiation Strength with a proven track record in managing distributor partnerships and driving sustainable revenue growth in competitive environments.
- Strategic and Analytical Mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities and a results-oriented approach.
- International and Intercultural Competence with experience working in cross-functional and international teams.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in another major language is a nice to have.
- Personal Attributes and Mobility: Persuasive, resilient professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills; willingness to travel as required.

- Proficiency in German or another major European language is a plus.
