Welche Hauptaufgaben erwarten Sie?
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams Produktentwicklung
- Verantwortlich für die Personaleinsatzplanung
- Führung des Teams bei der Konzeption und Entwicklung von Komplettprodukten und Baugrupppen vom Entwurf bis zur Serie
- Mitwirkung bei der Budget- und Kostenstellenplanung und -verfolgung
- Verantwortlich für die Projektkostenplanung und -einhaltung im Rahmen der im Team zugewiesenen Projekte im Bereich R&D
- Führung der Produktentwickler hinsichtlich der Erfüllung der Produktanforderungen und Lastenhefte
- Planung, Koordination und Steuerung der Zuarbeit von internen und externen Dienstleistungen im Rahmen der Projektarbeit
- Mitwirkung bei der Projekt- Terminplanung
- Durchsetzung von Abläufen/Standards/Verfahren im Verantwortungsbereich
- Teilnahme an den Phasenfreigaben
