Senior Manager Project Portfolio Delivery

About the Role Senior Manager Project Portfolio Delivery will be responsible for providing direction and leadership to project management teams for planning, formulating, managing and maintaining professional project support strategies, services, resources, and controls necessary for the success of the portfolio. The role requires strategic oversight of the portfolio, governance, and benefits realization across delivery programs. What You'll Do

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the management and integration of projects and programmes within the portfolio.
• Direct and report on portfolio performance according to the benefits realisation process, governance framework and contractual requirements.
• Direct and report on financial performance of the portfolio.
• Position and direct strategic relationships with key stakeholders for delivery of the portfolio.
• Direct and influence the execution of portfolio projects.
• Lead and manage the portfolio management team performance.
• Position and direct controls for planning, scheduling, accounting and costing for delivery of the portfolio. What We're Looking For
• Qualification: B-Degree/BTech/Advanced Diploma in Built Environment/Commerce/Human Sciences at NQF 7 with 360 credits.
• Experience: 10 years’ experience in portfolio, programme and project management/construction management.

• Knowledge and technical: Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, General management, Earned value management (EVM), Planning and Scheduling, Contracts Management, Quantity Surveying, Cost engineering and management, Financial Management, Portfolio governance, performance, risk, and stakeholder management.
