Job title: Senior Manager, Project Management - Imaging

About the Role Senior Manager, Project Management - Imaging will lead the tactical and strategic direction of projects through designated project managers, ensuring alignment with ICON's corporate strategy and delivering high client satisfaction. The role provides vision, leadership, and mentorship to the PM team, and ensures compliance with IMC and ICON policies while optimizing resource planning across projects.

What You'll Do

• Provide overall direction and management of projects via project managers; ensure consistency with company strategy and customer satisfaction.
• Direct day-to-day tactical oversight of the Project Management team; mentor performance and career development.
• Ensure execution, control, and completion of all programs/projects; monitor commitments and goals.
• Ensure compliance of the Project Management team with IMC and ICON policies and procedures.
• Optimize planning, allocation, and performance of resources within Project Management.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, project management, business administration, or related field; advanced degree or PMP/certifications preferred.
• 9–12 years of project management experience in clinical research or pharmaceutical industries; supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills; data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
