Job Title Senior Manager, Product Management, AI Agents

About your role

Lead the definition, development, and launch of first-party and partner-supported AI agents for regulated financial-services workflows on agentOS. This role combines deep domain expertise, product design, applied AI, and hands-on execution from discovery through adoption.

General AI familiarity is not enough. The candidate can personally turn a difficult banking, payments, cards, merchant, fraud, dispute, servicing, or operations workflow into a narrative, prototype, product definition, golden set, and production-ready experience.

What you'll do

  • Identify and prioritize high-value agent use cases through client, user, operations, and subject-matter-expert discovery.

  • Translate complex workflows into agent behavior, journeys, roles, data and integration needs, business rules, decisions, exceptions, handoffs, and measurable outcomes.

  • Define where deterministic logic, model reasoning, tool use, human judgment, and system-of-record actions should be used.

  • Create product narratives, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, requirements, acceptance criteria, and release plans.

  • Specify source-of-truth hierarchy, context, tool permissions, evidence, confidence handling, explanations, ambiguity resolution, and safe fallback behavior.

  • Create domain-specific golden cases, including expected outcomes, edge cases, unacceptable behaviors, safety checks, and production-readiness thresholds.

  • Partner with Engineering and platform teams on orchestration, data access, integrations, evaluations, monitoring, controls, and release readiness.

  • Lead client validation, launch, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement based on business outcomes, feedback, and production evidence.

  • Experience you'll need to have

  • 7+ years of product management, solution design, enterprise software, fintech, AI product, or financial-services technology experience.

  • Deep operating or product expertise in at least one domain such as banking core, cards, payments, merchant acceptance, fraud, disputes, servicing, or financial operations.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate real workflows, decisions, exceptions, controls, and data into agent requirements, experiences, and outcomes.

  • Practical AI fluency across LLMs, AI agents, prompt and context design, prototyping, evaluation, and human-approved action workflows.

  • Demonstrated use of AI-assisted tools to independently create executive-ready decks, product narratives, workflow models, wireframes, and functional prototypes.

  • Strong technical fluency across APIs, integrations, data flows, cloud platforms, governance, security, auditability, and production readiness.

  • Experience that would be great to have

  • Experience launching AI agents, workflow automation, conversational AI, or enterprise AI applications into production.

  • Experience with AWS Bedrock, leading model providers, LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, or similar ecosystems.

  • Experience working directly with financial institutions, financial-technology partners, or regulated operations teams.

  • Experience defining golden sets, evaluation criteria, or production-readiness standards for AI-enabled products.

  • How you'll work

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Travel requirements will align with the approved requisition.

  • Salary Range

  • 134,000.00 - 218,400.00

  • These pay ranges apply to employees in Sunnyvale, California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

  • It is unlawful to discriminate against a prospective employee due to the individual's status as a veteran.

  • For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company’s sole discretion.

  • Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
