About the Role

Senior Manager, Product Lead to lead, grow, and empower a team of product managers building for our AI-powered litigation platform. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy and people leadership and is a great fit for a product leader who cares deeply about craft, is comfortable with technical ambiguity, and has a track record of shipping exceptional enterprise AI products. This role will focus on Everlaw’s Core Discovery category, enabling legal professionals to quickly understand and act on data at scale with AI-assisted workflows grounded in principled design, rigorous controls, and deep workflow expertise. You will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring products meet customer needs and engaging directly with customers and industry stakeholders to gather insights and validate product concepts.

What You'll Do

• Lead Product Strategy, Vision & Execution: Work with your team to define and own a multi-year strategy and roadmap aligned with company priorities and customer needs.
• Build a First-Class AI Product

Experience

• Guide PMs in ensuring high-quality AI product experiences that meet customer needs and maintain trust.

• Be the Voice of the Customer: Engage directly with customers and industry stakeholders to gather insights and validate product concepts.

• Lead, grow, and empower a team of PMs focused on Everlaw's Core Discovery category.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and legal stakeholders to ship scalable enterprise AI products.

• What We're Looking For

• Proven track record shipping exceptional enterprise AI products.

• Comfortable with technical ambiguity and complex problem spaces.

• Passion for product craft, user-centered design, and delivering value.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Experience shipping AI-powered platforms; familiarity with enterprise software or legal tech is a plus.
