Job title: Senior Manager – Product Governance (AENB)
Original description: The AENB Strategic Planning Team owns strategic planning process for AENB and focuses on enabling American Express to build products and services that are both innovative and compliant with banking regulations as well as established policies and standards.
The AENB Strategic Planning & Risk Governance team is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Governance, that will be responsible for the execution of product governance processes across AENB, including products inventory management, new products, and change governance. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, strong risk controls, and effective coordination across stakeholders.

- Support the implementation and execution of the AENB Products governance in alignment with the policy, standards and regulatory expectations.
- Assist in New Product Approval (NPA) and change governance execution, including scoping and categorization, coordinating legal entity approvals.
- Partner closely with teams across risk pillars and control management to facilitate end-to-end governance and improve coordination to support bank approval processes.
