Senior Manager, Market Events
Essential Functions:
- Builds and manages relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners to achieve revenue goals and grow engagement.40%
- Leads planning and execution of event fundraising activities, including logistics, budgets, vendor coordination, and experience delivery.20%
- Develops and executes strategies to grow revenue, participation, and donor pipeline within assigned portfolio.15%
- Aligns event participants and partners to broader organizational engagement opportunities to deepen long-term impact.10%
- Monitors performance against goals, adjusting strategies to optimize revenue and return on investment.10%
- Coordinates cross-functional partners to ensure successful event delivery and brand alignment.5%
Experience/Qualifications:
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree
- Certificate(s) or License(s):
- Years of experience: 2 years successful experience in fundraising and relationship development
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
- Demonstrated success driving revenue through relationship building and volunteer engagement.
- Strong project management and event execution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills.
- Strong customer and donor experience orientation.
The starting rate is $75,000 to $78,000 annual. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
