Job title: Senior Manager Logistics Cost Planning and Controlling

About the Role You will be part of the Logistics function and support the Breuberg site. The role focuses on cost planning, cost controlling and optimization of logistics processes, including the 3-year plan, management plan, and cost transparency. It also involves leading projects to improve logistics KPIs and coordinating with the external logistics provider.

What You'll Do

• Responsibility for the cost planning of the Logistics area – creation of the 3-year plan and management plan and the required reviews
• Definition and execution of actions and projects to reduce logistics costs
• Operational cost controlling: capture, control and reporting of the logistics costs; monthly actuals vs. plan; Soll-Ist comparisons and cost KPI reporting; coordination with Pirelli Deutschland Controlling
• Preparation of monthly Flash and Forecast data and deviation analyses
• Coordination of external logistics provider regarding cost and tariff topics – ensure application and annual adjustment of tariffs; operational alignment with provider Controlling
• Analyses and calculations of new processes and procedures; involvement in contract negotiations and tenders for logistics services
• Reporting responsibilities in the Logistics area
• Leading projects to optimize processes and KPIs

What We're Looking For

• Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium
• Experience in cost analysis and cost control
• Very good problem-solving ability and goal-oriented work
• Strong analytical skills and flexibility
• Excellent teamwork
• Very good English language skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• SAP knowledge is desirable
