This position supports SAP reporting solutions and IT services to ensure scalability, security, and reliable operations while fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will contribute to the growth of IT talent and participate in fast-paced digital transformation initiatives. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage SAP reporting initiatives and teams to deliver reliable, scalable reporting solutions across PUMA subsidiaries.
- Design, implement, and optimize SAP reporting data models and processes in alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with business units and IT stakeholders to drive digital transformation while maintaining operational stability and security.
- Mentor junior staff and foster talent growth within the IT SAP reporting domain. What We're Looking For
- Experience in SAP reporting and IT leadership roles; track record of delivering global deployments.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment with a growth mindset. Nice to Have
- Experience in retail or consumer goods IT environments.
