About the Role Microsoft Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) powers Microsoft’s cloud services by delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies that support global services including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. As Senior Manager for Inventory, Asset, DBD and Logistics Programs, you will lead the strategy and execution of inventory, asset lifecycle management, device-based delivery (DBD), and logistics programs that enable efficient, scalable data center operations. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement end-to-end inventory, asset management, DBD, and logistics programs across data center campuses.
- Lead cross-functional teams, partner with suppliers, procurement, security, and operations to optimize supply chain and asset lifecycle.
- Establish governance, metrics, and reporting to monitor efficiency, cost, risk, and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement using data analytics and program management.
- Manage program budgets and resource planning; coach and develop team members. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 8+ years in inventory, asset management, logistics, or data center operations; 3+ years of people management.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale programs; strong project/program management and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and influencing skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have
- Experience with Device-based Delivery (DBD) or data center logistics.
- Familiarity with CO+I or Microsoft operations; certifications (PMP, Six Sigma) etc. Compensation & Benefits
