Senior Manager, Information Systems

About the Role The Senior Manager, Information Systems leads the Manufacturing Site Technology Sustainment team that provides follow-the-sun support to technology capabilities deployed at Amgen's manufacturing sites. The role focuses on maintaining manufacturing uptime, product quality, and regulatory compliance while driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in technology-driven manufacturing environments, experience with scalable agile practices, and a track record of transforming technology operations in highly regulated settings, combined with strong cross-functional collaboration. What You'll Do

• Maintain strategic relationships and clear communication with the leadership team about IS services and roadmaps to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Lead and manage large, diverse teams within a matrixed organization; collaborate with geographically dispersed teams, including the US and other international locations.
• Oversee the software development lifecycle.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for technology and workforce; follow global standards and practices.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Attract and recruit top talent in India, develop and motivate the team, delegate effectively, champion diversity, and act as a servant leader.
• Manage the delivery of 24/7 global manufacturing systems support services. What We're Looking For
• Strong leadership in technology-driven environments for Manufacturing Technology with a track record of delivering operational excellence.
• Passion for continuous improvement and service excellence in biotechnology.
• Collaborative approach with cross-functional and global teams to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence.
• Background in end-to-end technology operations support in highly regulated environments.
• Experience as a Scaled Agile practitioner and in transformation initiatives.
• Ability to contribute to manufacturing uptime, product quality, and regulatory compliance.
