Purpose/Key Responsibilities:

This role will function as a Strategic HR Business Partner, collaborating closely with Department Heads to plan human resources initiatives aligning with business goals, providing “one-stop-shop” HR partnership support to Product Development & Sourcing and other assigned functions in LAM region, and ensure that business partners and employees receive the expected value from HR department. Cultivate and maintain a culture of trust and engagement between management and employees within the organization.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Business Partnering

  • Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies that align with organizational mid- to long-term goals.
  • Provide guidance and consultation on workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning and team effectiveness
  • Use data-driven insights to identify HR trends, diagnose problems, and recommend solutions.
  • Lead change management initiatives design and delivery, support leaders in driving culture transformation and employee engagement.

HR Processes Management

  • Ensure alignment with business needs and HR best practices.
  • Oversee the delivery of core HR services including employee relations, compliance, performance management, rewards and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with local regulations and aligned with global standards. Engage with Labor Bureau & Tax Bureau where necessary.

Talent Management & Development

  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, and development planning.
  • Maintains a high level of communication with Management and contributes to the decision-making process of structuring and developing the team for the organization.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Partner with Rewards teams to provide market-aligned, equitable packages that attract and retain top talent.
  • Analyze compensation trends and make recommendations to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Consolidate bonus and pay review calculations

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Lead initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, workplace satisfaction, and employer brand.
  • Develop communication and feedback mechanisms that promote transparency and trust across all levels.
  • Manage, resolve and coach managers/ employees on employee relation issues and build a culture of trust between management and employees

Support any HR related topics and projects where necessary and as assigned by line manager.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Mature, proactive and well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • A great team player with sound supervisory and management skills
  • Great presentation and facilitation skills to all employees including management
  • MS-Office skills, SAP / Success Factors experience is a plus
  • Be open-minded in leveraging AI tools

Requisite Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor degree focusing on Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • At least 5 years proven experience in human resources management with multi-national company
  • Well versed with local labor ordinance
  • Good communication in English
