About this role
Purpose/Key Responsibilities
This role will function as a Strategic HR Business Partner independently, collaborating closely with Department Heads to plan human resources initiatives aligning with business goals, providing one-stop-shopping HR partnership and support to defined support areas in PD&S China and other assigned functions, and ensure that the internal customers receive the expected value from HR department. Cultivate and maintain a culture of trust and engagement between management and employees within the organization.
