About the Role A Senior Manager, Sourcing would be responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives across various product categories, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, driving cost optimization, and ensuring timely delivery of components while aligning with Logitech's sustainability goals, all while overseeing a team of sourcing professionals.

What You'll Do

• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, quality standards, payment terms, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Analyze spend data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality.
• Establish and monitor quality control procedures with suppliers to ensure products meet Logitech's quality standards.
• Identify potential supply chain disruptions and implement mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of operations.
• Regularly evaluate supplier performance against key metrics and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Collaborate with suppliers to implement sustainable practices in the sourcing process.
• Work closely with product development, engineering, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of sourced components into the production process.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, preferably in consumer electronics.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build supplier relationships.
• Deep understanding of supply chain management and procurement processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools for cost optimization.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for tracking supplier performance.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and integrating them into sourcing strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of global sourcing practices and international trade regulations.
• Proven experience in supplier management and contract negotiation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or similar sectors is beneficial.
