About the role: This role is an operational leader and manage the work activities in a fund administration team in Singapore, which to provide a fund reporting and administration to our real estate clients. You will be responsible for the service delivery, growth, optimization and efficiency of the Investment Accounting & Reporting team. It includes the oversee and set up the reporting requirement for various complex multi-tier investment entities in the fund’s structure. Responsible for oversight of fund level and asset level reporting and coordination of client’s equity/loan contributions and distributions. Supports new business onboarding and initiatives.
