Senior Manager, Executive Reporting, Global Wealth Solutions - Toronto, ON

About the Role The Senior Manager, Executive Reporting, Global Wealth Solutions is responsible for end-to-end executive reporting, collecting and consolidating inputs from business teams, applying quality assurance, and translating performance data into clear narratives for senior leadership. This role ensures compliance with governing regulations and internal policies, and leads the creation of core GWS executive reporting deliverables. What You'll Do

• Own the collection, consolidation, creation, and QA of core GWS executive reporting deliverables, including Monthly CEO Updates, Quarterly Business Line Commentary, Quarterly Business Reviews, and ad hoc requests.
• Partner with Canadian Wealth Management Analytics to translate data into insights, validate messages, drivers, and implications.
• Collaborate with leaders across Global Wealth Solutions to develop, refine, and maintain consistent reporting aligned with business priorities and goals.
• Ensure reporting is timely, accurate, tailored for senior executives, and supported by detail as needed.
• Design visually appealing reports with clear formatting and presentation standards for executive audiences.
• Develop reporting templates and standards to streamline regular requests and establish a framework to track milestones.
• Continuously improve reporting processes, cadence, and formats for clarity and impact.
• Prepare EVP, Global Wealth Solutions, with relevant updates for management meetings and senior leadership reviews. What We're Looking For
• Experience in end-to-end executive reporting and ability to translate complex data into clear, decision-oriented narratives.
• Strong quality assurance, executive judgment, and adherence to governance, risk, and internal policies.
• Ability to partner with analytics teams to derive insights and validate key messages.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional business teams and senior leaders.
• Skill in developing templates, standards, and scalable reporting processes; attention to presentation quality.
• Proactive communicator capable of anticipating questions and providing supporting detail for management discussions.
