About the Role The Senior Manager, Event Fundraising leads the strategy, planning, and execution of a $750K+ annual fundraising portfolio, including at least one $500K+ event that serves as a pipeline for major donor identification and cultivation. You will oversee all aspects of event fundraising and collaborate across teams to achieve ambitious financial growth and strong donor engagement.
What You'll Do
- 30% Builds, sustains, and elevates high-impact relationships with key donors, sponsors, volunteers and community partners to ensure revenue goal achievement and foster long-term engagement.
- 20% Recruits, engages and mobilizes executives and leadership volunteers to support revenue plans, with a focus on event chairpersons, ambassadors, and event leadership teams.
