About the Role Accenture's Enterprise Operating Model practice seeks a Senior Manager to lead utilities strategy and enterprise operating model transformations. You will partner with senior clients to design future-proof operating models and drive end-to-end enterprise reinvention across strategy, design, activation, and optimization. What You'll Do
- Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
- Evaluate actionable solutions, quantify value, and map the roadmap to deliver and sustain change.
- Design future-proof, agile, and resilient enterprise and function operating models embracing the future of work and new skills.
- Build organizations top-down and bottom-up using leading methodologies and digital tools.
- Innovate advanced shared services/global business services as key enabler.
- Architect total enterprise transformations from strategy to activation to optimization, bridging functions and integrating across the enterprise.
- Integrate across Accenture to bring best thinking across technology, operations, GenAI & data & analytics as end-to-end partner.
- Lead teams in driving insights and recommendations using data models and visualization tools.
- Develop relationships with clients as trusted expert and influencer with long-term mindset.
- Harvest and build thought leadership, assets, and best practices.
- Lead authentically with a people-first mindset fostering inclusivity and diversity.
- Mentor junior members; provide opportunities to learn and grow.
- Travel as required, 80-100%. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree; minimum 7 years of experience in Organization Strategy & Design, Operating Model Strategy & Design, Shared Services Strategy & Design; Client Relationship Building and Management; Value Architecture & Realization; Storytelling; Data analysis & insights generation.
- Minimum 7 years of experience; minimum 5 years of consulting experience.
- Bonus: Utilities industry experience; MBA or equivalent; Leadership Strategy/Development; Job and Role Design; End-to-end enterprise or function transformation implementation; Strategic Cost Reduction; Growth Strategy; M&A; Private Equity; MSPs; Digital organization design tools (e.g., OrgVue); experience in Digital Transformation – robotic process automation, generative AI, Agile methodologies. Nice to Have
- Experience in Utilities industry (bonus)
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree
- Experience with OrgVue and other digital org design tools
- Prior Digital Transformation experience (RPA, Generative AI, Agile) Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: Market competitive; salary ranges vary by location. Example locations listed include California, Cleveland, Colorado, and District of Columbia: $122,700 to $317,200 per year.
