This Senior Manager - Engineering & Maintenance role is a pivotal leadership position responsible for shaping long-term reliability, performance, and compliance of Moderna's R&D Clinical Laboratory facilities. You will serve as the technical authority for facility and utility operations and help transition a newly established site into a high-performing operational environment while driving maintenance excellence, engineering innovation, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical leadership and oversight of building infrastructure, utilities, and facility systems to ensure reliable delivery of services that meet operational requirements.
- Ensure all engineering systems and services remain compliant with environmental, health and safety, statutory, and GxP regulatory requirements.
- Lead the transition of a newly established site into a high-performing operational environment, driving maintenance excellence, engineering innovation, and continuous improvement across global engineering teams and local partners.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to support cutting-edge science and leverage digital and Generative AI-enabled engineering tools to enhance maintenance, asset management, and operational decision-making.
