About the Role Accenture’s Talent Reinvention Partner is seeking a Senior Manager to lead workforce transformation initiatives for energy industry clients. You’ll design AI-enabled workforce solutions to evolve how work gets done, how skills are built, and how people and technology create value together.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies to redesign work, roles, skills, and talent models for an AI-enabled future.
- Design innovative workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, workforce planning, internal mobility, career development, and retention.
- Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI, automation, and emerging technologies into workforce, talent, and operating model solutions.
- Lead strategic workforce planning using workforce intelligence, labor market insights, skills data, and talent analytics.
- Utilize Generative AI tools and LLMs to accelerate analysis, scenario modeling, talent strategy, skills assessments, organizational design, and executive recommendations.
- Design and implement skills-based workforce solutions including skills architectures, talent marketplaces, career frameworks, workforce planning models, and roadmaps.
- Leverage Talent Intelligence and skills technology platforms and related solutions.
- Shape workforce readiness and reskilling strategies to adopt AI and sustain evolution.
- Create dynamic employee experiences blending people, technology, AI, and culture.
- Drive change initiatives enabling adoption and sustainment of workforce and talent innovations.
- Contribute to business development: proposals, thought leadership, client relationships, and expanding the practice’s capabilities.
- Lead internal initiatives on market research, workforce trends, AI innovation, talent intelligence, and capability building.
- Travel as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 8 years across integrated Talent functions (Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, Technology Talent Development).
- Minimum 3 years of consulting experience designing and delivering workforce, talent, organization, or change solutions.
- Minimum 3 years of Energy industry experience.
- Minimum 1 year helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.
- Bonus points for experience with Generative AI/LLMs, talent intelligence platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to translate AI trends into practical business and workforce solutions; SBO experience; HRIS/HR tech familiarity can be a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience leveraging Generative AI and LLMs to support workforce analysis, talent strategy, planning, skills intelligence, or organizational transformation.
- Experience with workforce analytics, labor market intelligence, and skills taxonomies.
- Understanding of responsible AI, governance, and AI adoption strategies.
