Summary

The role requires 8-12 years of Python development experience, proven expertise in data automation, and hands-on experience with AI/ML models. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Analytics, or a related field, and have at least 12 months of managerial experience. Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, version control, and mentoring junior developers are also required. A master’s degree and experience with large-scale data sets are preferred.
