About the Role EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Data Architecture to lead large-scale AI-enabled data architectures for the mobility and manufacturing sector. The role combines expertise in data architecture, data modernization, end-to-end data capabilities, and AI with Gen AI and Agentic AI, ideally with a controls systems or electrical engineering background, and a track record of delivering business use cases in supply chain, manufacturing, or customer growth. It is a client-facing, high-visibility role focused on shaping outcomes through data and AI at scale. What You'll Do
- Lead delivery of data architecture, data modernization, and AI-enabled data platforms for automotive and aerospace sectors.
- Manage one or more programs and projects, ensuring quality, risk management, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Drive continuous process improvement, research innovative solutions, and apply best practices to client engagements.
- Mentor and supervise professional staff; guide teams to deliver complex technical initiatives and translate issues into quality solutions.
- Lead both technical and non-technical project teams; coach others; collaborate with clients in Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Be client-facing, build and maintain relationships in the mobility and manufacturing sector.
- Craft, deploy, and maintain large-scale AI data-ready architectures to enable ML/AI at scale and deliver business use cases in supply chain, manufacturing, and customer growth. What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in the automotive and aerospace sector with a robust background in Data Architecture, Data Modernization, end-to-end Data capabilities, AI, Gen AI, and Agentic AI.
- Ideally with a controls systems or electrical engineering background.
- Track record delivering business use cases in supply chain, manufacturing, and customer growth.
- History of working for consulting firms and comfort with fast-paced consulting culture.
- Ability to lead and develop teams; coach others; lead both technical and non-technical project teams; strong client-facing skills.
- Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methods. Nice to Have
- Experience in mobility and manufacturing sector.
