About the Role The Senior Manager of Creative Design will shape, elevate, and drive the visual narrative of Motorola Solutions' entire digital ecosystem. You will own the look, feel, and cohesive storytelling across web, mobile, portals, and emerging digital touchpoints, partnering with product, engineering, content, and marketing to deliver an intuitive, engaging experience that advances our digital strategy.

What You'll Do

• Define the Digital Look & Feel: establish, evolve, and enforce a cohesive visual identity and design system across the full digital ecosystem.
• Creative Execution & Leadership: translate high-level digital strategies into user-centric design executions and guard design quality and brand consistency.
• Leadership & Mentorship: foster innovation and champion customer-centric design thinking.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Content Strategists, and Marketing to integrate design into the agile development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• User-Centric Advocacy: use data, user feedback, and usability testing to iterate on designs and advocate for the best possible user experience.
• Agency & Vendor Management: oversee external agencies and freelance talent when necessary, ensuring deliverables align with internal standards and timelines.

What We're Looking For

• Portfolio: robust portfolio showing understanding of UX/UI, responsive web design, mobile apps, and complex digital ecosystems; enterprise or multi-platform experience is a plus.
• Technical Savvy: familiarity with modern design/prototyping tools and strong understanding of translating design to front-end code concepts.
• Systemic Thinking: proven track record of building, scaling, and maintaining comprehensive design systems.
• Communication Style: exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to articulate the why behind design decisions to cross-functional partners and executives.

Nice to Have

• Enterprise or multi-platform experience is a huge plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Target Base Salary Range: 135,000 - 150,000 CAD. Pay transparency: actual offer based on experience and job-related knowledge.
