About the Role
As a Senior Manager within Accenture's Commercial Banking Consulting practice, you will design and implement business changes that drive operating model transformation for wholesale lending, with focus on people, process, and technology. You will lead nCino and wholesale lending transformation programs, develop next-generation lending offerings, and partner with C-suite clients to solve critical business problems. Travel up to 80% across the United States and Canada as required. What You'll Do
- Support Commercial Credit Transformation programs, including operating model design and technology implementations.
- Design next generation experiences and platforms for commercial lending clients.
- Manage all parts of projects, from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Source and coordinate work from other internal teams.
- Develop our next-generation wholesale credit technology offerings.
- Become a trusted advisor for C-suite clients to solve critical business problems.
- Drive business development to originate new client opportunities.
- Build your reputation as an industry thought leader.
- Travel, as required, up to 80%, in the United States and Canada. What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 10 years' relevant professional services experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development.
- Minimum of 7 years of equivalent commercial credit industry experience (sales, underwriting, closing, servicing, portfolio management).
- Demonstrated experience leading engagements and managing resources on complex nCino transformation programs.
- Demonstrated experience leading a complex, large-scale commercial credit transformation across operating model, technology, and data/AI workstreams.
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing relationships with C-suite client executives.
- Bachelor's degree. Nice to Have
- Launched new product offerings in the banking industry.
- Implemented next generation analytic capabilities (predictive, generative, or agentic AI) for commercial lending.
- Experience with additional commercial lending platforms, e.g., Moody’s, Blooma.
- Advanced degree or financial industry certification.
- nCino expertise preferred including nCino/Salesforce certifications. Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range: $112,900 to $338,300 USD, varies by location.
