About the Role

As a Senior Manager, you will lead Chile Insurance Systems within International Banking, shaping technology delivery to meet enterprise goals and regulatory requirements. This role requires influencing both technology and business leadership to align strategies with risk controls and customer outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee Chile Insurance Systems in International Banking ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
• Influence technology and business leadership to align delivery strategies with enterprise goals and act as a trusted advisor in shaping the agile transformation journey.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex, and high-impact technology initiatives using Agile and DevOps practices; ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery that supports business priorities and enhances customer experience.
• Build and sustain high-performing cross-functional teams by fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement; promote agile values and servant leadership.
• Establish strong, collaborative relationships with business, technology, and control function stakeholders; ensure alignment on priorities and transparent communication across all levels.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and governance of the technology delivery portfolio; prioritize, resource, and track initiatives with clear visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Lead and oversee the Agile delivery team responsible for enabling product development across multiple squads; ensure ceremonies are effectively facilitated and backlog refinement aligns with business priorities.
• Act as a coach and escalation point for other Delivery Managers, Scrum Masters and Product Owners, driving continuous improvement in agile maturity, delivery velocity, and cross-team coordination.
• Coordinate deployment planning, operational readiness, and compliance activities with engineering, security, and release management teams; ensure smooth transitions from development to production.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, engineering practices, and team operations; drive automation, standardization, and continuous feedback loops.
• Provide strategic oversight of risk and compliance across the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC); proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks while fostering a culture of compliance.

• Experience leading large-scale technology delivery in finance/insurance domains; ability to influence both technology and business leadership to align delivery with enterprise goals.
• Strong track record delivering via Agile and DevOps practices; ability to coach and mentor Delivery Managers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners.
• Demonstrated success building high-performing cross-functional teams and promoting servant leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to establish credibility and collaborate across business, technology, and control functions.
• Experience managing risk and regulatory/compliance considerations across the SDLC; proactive risk assessment and mitigation.
• Comfortable driving agile transformation and delivering product development across multiple squads.
