What You'll Do

• · Design and implement omnichannel customer journeys across Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, and Mobile

• · Develop personalized campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder

• · Build scalable marketing solutions using Marketing Cloud Next and AI-powered automation

• · Configure Agentforce for Marketing to automate campaign execution and customer engagement

• · Leverage Einstein AI for content generation, personalization, send-time optimization, and next-best-action recommendations

• · Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, and third-party platforms using APIs

• · Develop reusable components, dynamic content, and personalized communications

• · Support real-time customer engagement using event-driven marketing and Data Cloud activation

• · Collaborate with business, CRM, and analytics teams to deliver intelligent customer experiences

• Skills We're Looking For

• · Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Engagement)

• · Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Content Builder

• · Experience with AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and SSJS

• · Understanding of REST APIs and Salesforce CRM integration

• · Familiarity with Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud Next is a plus

• · Interest in AI-powered marketing, Agentforce, and intelligent customer journeys is highly desirable
