About the Role
The Senior Manager of Business Planning and Strategy – Peru is responsible for supporting the execution of the business planning and performance management cycle for Corporate Banking, Investment Banking and Capital Markets within Global Banking & Markets (GBM). This role ensures operational alignment, timely delivery of planning inputs, and performance insights for the Peruvian market. It collaborates with the regional Director and local business leaders to drive data-driven decisions and support capital allocation and revenue-share frameworks.
What You'll Do
- Support the development of annual and multi-year business plans for Peru, ensuring alignment with regional and global priorities.
- Coordinate local inputs and assumptions, ensuring consistency and accuracy in financial forecasts.
