Senior Manager, Brand & Advertising

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader to shape and scale brand advertising for a growing ecommerce-driven business in Houston, Texas. This role will lead integrated consumer campaigns with a strong emphasis on television and radio, while ensuring alignment across digital, social, and creative channels. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, strong organization, and the ability to turn brand priorities into well-executed campaigns across multiple audiences and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and rollout of brand advertising initiatives that strengthen awareness and support growth across two consumer-facing brands.

• Oversee television and radio campaigns from initial concept through launch, including production coordination, media placement, and performance review.

• Work closely with internal marketing and creative partners, as well as outside media vendors, to deliver cohesive and timely campaign execution.

• Build clear campaign schedules, manage shifting priorities, and create structure for advertising workflows in a fast-evolving environment.

• Connect offline advertising efforts with paid digital, social, and ecommerce marketing activities to maintain a consistent brand presence.

• Guide the development of commercial and video assets in partnership with designers and creative contributors to support cross-channel campaigns.

• Evaluate campaign effectiveness using media and performance data, then refine future plans based on insights and results.

• Collaborate with a distributed team across local and offshore functions, helping align goals, timelines, and deliverables.

• Support broader brand strategy initiatives by identifying opportunities for stronger market positioning, audience reach, and promotional impact.

• 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, or public relations with a strong background in consumer-facing campaigns.

• Demonstrated success managing television and radio advertising, including media planning, buying, and campaign measurement.

• Working knowledge of digital advertising channels such as social, display, online, and programmatic media.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while bringing structure and follow-through to a growing marketing function.

• Strong collaboration skills with experience partnering across in-house teams, external agencies, and media contacts.

• Comfortable operating in a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and day-to-day execution.

• Experience in telecom, wireless, or consumer brand environments is highly valued.

• Vietnamese language skills or an advanced degree are considered strong advantages.
