Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar and lounge operations, ensuring high service standards
- Lead, train, supervise, and manage the performance of bar staff
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints professionally
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control to maximize profitability
- Plan events, promotions, and themed nights while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in bar, lounge, or hospitality management
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Solid knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations
- Experience in financial management, cost control, and inventory management
- Familiarity with POS systems and ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
