Job title: Senior Maintenance Technician
About the Role This role ensures production runs continuously and stably by quickly detecting, analyzing, and resolving abnormal equipment and process issues. You will also perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure reliable operations.
What You'll Do
- Ensure production continuity by rapid detection, analysis, and resolution of equipment and process abnormalities.
- Perform periodic preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
- Translate technical standards, customer requirements, and technical documentation into clear, actionable operating procedures for production.
- Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and sensor-related issues.
- Coordinate with Engineering for serious malfunctions to restore production swiftly.
- Monitor and control quality during production to meet internal standards and customer requirements.
- Proactively propose improvement ideas to boost productivity, reduce defects, and optimize production efficiency.
- Provide technical support, guidance, and hands-on training for operators, including new staff.
- Strictly follow safety regulations, 5S, and the company's production processes.
- Timely report risks, hazards, and abnormal conditions to management to prevent incidents and production disruption.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma, college, or equivalent in an engineering/technical field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Foundational knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in production lines.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot logically and effectively under high production pressure.
- Willingness to work shifts/overtime to meet production needs.
- Own transportation due to shift work requirements.
