About the Role We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team in Wautoma, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining production machines by performing a variety of maintenance tasks including mechanical, electrical, electronic, plumbing, painting, tooling, fabrication, welding, and HVAC troubleshooting. What You'll Do
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including mechanical, electrical, electronic, plumbing, pipe fitting, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, arc and acetylene welding, steam boiler maintenance, tool, die and fabrication equipment maintenance.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and perform adjustments.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and perform scheduled maintenance during machine service.
- Paint to maintain safety controls and the general appearance of the facility.
- Use hand and power tools and measuring devices such as precision multimeters, micrometers, chart recorders, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic equipment.
- Plan new or modified installations to minimize waste, facilitate future maintenance, and ensure safe/hazard-free conditions per specifications and local codes.
- Work from diagrams or blueprints; may cut and weld steel structural members.
- Repair electronic equipment such as industrial controls, transmitters, antennas, and servomechanisms.
- Align, adjust, and calibrate equipment per specifications; calibrate testing instruments.
- Maintain records of repairs, calibrations, and tests.
- Other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For
- Proficiency or advanced skill in maintaining production machines, equipment, and facility by performing a variety of maintenance tasks.
- Experience with WCM/Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement.
