We are looking for talented professionals to join our team as a Senior macOS Developer (Objective-C).

Our customer is a leading photo processing software publisher aimed at bringing new life to image processing. You will be a part of an international team developing a cross-platform solution. Project timeline: till June 2027, with a potential extension.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production Objective-C experience on AppKit/Cocoa, with a proven track record

• Strong proficiency in Objective-C

• Solid modern C++ (C++17 or later) experience

• Experience working with large, long-lived codebases, including multi-framework Xcode workspaces, Core Data, GCD/concurrency, memory management, debugging and profiling

• Ability to independently investigate issues, propose and implement solutions, and deliver tested code through a code review process

• Full working proficiency in English

• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents, preferably Claude Code, for daily development tasks, including code investigation, testing, refactoring, and critical evaluation of AI-generated results

• Will be an advantage

• Swift knowledge

• Experience developing desktop image-processing or photo-editing applications, or other performance-sensitive desktop software

• Experience with unit and acceptance testing frameworks, such as XCTest, OCMock, or GoogleTest, and familiarity with continuous integration (CI) workflows.

• Experience shipping Mac App with notarized direct distribution
