About the Role Paramount is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer (IC3) to join the Platform Engineering pod. The role focuses on building the Agentic Systems Platform—the runtime environment where autonomous agents live, reason, and collaborate. You will lead the development of the MCP (Model Context Protocol) Gateway and the orchestration support required for multi-agent personalization systems, bridging traditional ML serving with autonomous agency. What You'll Do
- Build and scale the Agentic Systems Platform runtime where autonomous agents live, reason, and collaborate.
- Lead the development of the MCP Gateway, routing logic, and orchestration support for multi-agent personalization.
- Bridge the gap between traditional ML serving and autonomous agency.
- Design agentic runtimes using GKE and Apigee.
- Utilize the ADK (Agent Development Kit) and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) protocols to enable complex workflows.
- Manage the thinking time and cognitive overhead of agentic systems to keep them responsive and cost-effective in production. What We're Looking For
- Senior MLOps Engineer (IC3) with experience in platform engineering and large-scale ML systems.
- Proficiency with GKE and Apigee, and familiarity with MCP Gateway, routing logic, and orchestration for multi-agent personalization.
- Experience with the Agent Development Kit (ADK) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols.
- Ability to design and implement agentic runtimes in production and optimize for performance and cost. Compensation & Benefits
