About the Role Senior Machine Learning Engineer in the CSP (Customer Support Products) team based in China. The role supports Airbnb's ML initiatives across Trust, Payments, Customer Service and Marketing to enhance guest/host experiences. You may occasionally work at an Airbnb office or attend offsites as agreed with your manager. What You'll Do
- Build and productionize machine learning models for the CSP team to improve customer support experiences in China.
- Collaborate with the CSP ML team and cross-functional partners across Trust, Payments, Customer Service and Marketing to advance ML across the product.
- Help deliver scalable ML solutions that power core Airbnb experiences for guests and hosts. What We're Looking For
- Strong background in machine learning and hands-on experience shipping models to production.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment in China; excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Passion for applying ML to improve customer support and product experiences.
