About this role
This is a remote position.
For our Client, a US-based MedTech company, we are looking for a Senior Machine Learning / Computer Vision Engineer to join an AI-driven project focused on supporting the diagnosis and analysis of biological material.
The project involves developing Computer Vision models capable of analyzing images of organic/biological material and identifying specific features and biomarkers relevant to medical examination.
Requirements

Strong commercial experience in Computer Vision - we are looking for experienced Senior-level engineers.

Strong Python skills.

Solid Machine Learning background.

Hands-on experience with Computer Vision and image processing.

Experience with at least one major ML framework, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Ability to independently approach technical problems and propose solutions.

Very good English - C1 or higher.

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.

Ability to work effectively with a distributed international team.

Availability or openness to working approximately 12:00-20:00 Polish time, with some flexibility to adjust the schedule, to ensure sufficient overlap with teams based in Boston and San Francisco.

Experience in medical imaging.

Experience working with biological or microscopy images.

Previous experience in MedTech, healthcare, biotechnology, or life sciences.

Experience developing ML solutions for image-based diagnostic applications.
