About the Role Senior Local Trial Manager - Immunology will manage and oversee country-level local trial activities for immunology studies, including vendor management, milestone execution, resourcing, inspection readiness, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure trial excellence. This role is home-based in the US and requires coordination with global teams and local partners. What You'll Do
- Manage Central IRB and local vendors (e.g., Greenphire, Drug Destruction services), including set up of vendor purchase orders, invoice review/approval, and change orders as applicable.
- Execute local milestones from feasibility through study close out.
- Resource country-level roles, in collaboration with the study Functional Manager (FM).
- Ensure country-level Inspection Readiness and AQR.
- Collaborate with LTMs, LSM, SMs, CTAs, and SCMs to outline accountabilities and provide training as needed.
- Maintain efficient communication with CTMs, Clinical Operations and the Global Trial Leader (GTL) to oversee trial excellence.
- Attend country-level ad hoc meetings to address issues that might impact deliverables.
- Partner with the study FM to provide updates, discuss hurdles/timelines/resources, and assist with documentation (storyboards, lessons-learned, metrics) as required by leadership.
- Autonomy in execution of local trial management services; contribute process leadership. What We're Looking For
- BA/BS degree; degree in a health or science-related field.
- 3-5+ years of end-to-end trial management experience.
- Start-up & Database Locks/Cleaning experience preferred.
- Immunology trial management experience highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, SOPs, local laws and regulations, and protocol-specific procedures.
- Strong IT skills in appropriate software and company systems.
- Willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays.
- Proficient in speaking and writing the country language and English.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require sponsorship for employment visa status. Nice to Have
- Immunology-focused trial management experience (advanced preference).
