Job title: Senior Live Service Growth Manager
About the Role Senior Live Service Growth Manager at VOID Interactive owns the P&L and growth strategy across the company's live service portfolio. You’ll design and run the systems that sustain a scalable publishing slate, focusing on data, economy, and live operations to drive long-term engagement and monetisation.
What You'll Do
- Own the Live Service P&L across VOID’s live service portfolio, set strategy, and present performance to leadership.
- Design and ship economy and monetisation features (battle passes, stores, pricing, progression) and coordinate monetisation execution across the live calendar.
- Build and manage data, analytics, and infrastructure: data warehouse, attribution stack, cohort frameworks, retention & KPI reporting; run the analytics function as a player-coach.
- Stay close to player feedback and performance signals; partner with Marketing and Publishing on UA, lifecycle, and pricing; align content production with player context.
- Ensure delivery realism, balance stakeholder expectations, and land content with the right player context.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in live service, F2P, or growth roles at game studios or publishers, with leadership-track responsibilities.
- Proven ownership of a live service P&L at scale, with revenue and retention outcomes you can point to.
- Hands-on experience designing battle passes, stores, pricing, progression, and economy balance for F2P or hybrid titles.
- Strong technical chops, including SQL, cohort analysis, segmentation, A/B testing, and data infrastructure decisions.
- Experience leading or scoping data warehouse builds, MMP integrations, and attribution stack setup.
- Confidence presenting strategy and performance insights to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Product, Analytics, Game Design, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling live service operations from launch through year-three lifecycle.
- Track record of building monetisation strategy from scratch on titles without existing brand equity.
- Familiarity with platform pricing constraints, regulatory considerations, fraud prevention, and consumer trust.
- Experience with tools like Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Braze, or similar BI and CRM platforms.
- Console, PC, and mobile live service experience with platform-specific considerations.
- Strong taste in games and a player-first approach to monetisation design.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation is DOE and determined based on location, relevant experience, and prevailing market rates.
- This role is remote-first; for Ireland-based candidates this is a full-time employee position, while outside Ireland it is a full-time contractor arrangement subject to local laws and eligibility.
