About The Role

Knight Frank is seeking to recruit a Senior Lettings Negotiator for its fast paced and highly successful Aldgate office. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a high performing team and help grow Knight Frank's presence across East London.

You will be responsible for winning new business, negotiating lettings transactions, and building long term relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants across the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and close lettings transactions, delivering a professional and efficient service

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, canvassing and relationship building

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent communication throughout the lettings process

• Conduct property viewings and accompany applicants where required

• Remain responsive and adaptable to changes in the local market, adjusting strategies when needed

• Uphold Knight Frank's high professional standards and ensure compliance with all administrative procedures

• Demonstrate strong market knowledge and maintain awareness of local competitors

• Accurately research market data and present findings in a polished and professional manner

• Foster goodwill, trust and confidentiality with clients and internal stakeholders

Experience

• Required

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar lettings role

• Proven track record of generating new business and successfully negotiating deals

• Strong knowledge of the East London lettings market would be advantageous

• Exceptional client relationship and communication skills

• Self motivated, target driven and commercially minded

• Full UK driving licence preferred

• Competitive salary
