About the Role The Senior Legislative & Strategic Integration Advisor will shape and execute policy strategies and coordinate cross-functional programs to advance the company’s objectives in government solutions. This role is based in Alexandria, VA and requires onsite collaboration with internal teams and external partners. What You'll Do
- Provide strategic guidance on legislative and regulatory initiatives affecting programs and customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align policy objectives with operational plans
- Develop briefs, presentations, and executive communications for leadership and external stakeholders
- Monitor policy developments and translate findings into actionable plans
- Represent the company in discussions with government partners and industry groups What We're Looking For
- Experience in legislative affairs, policy analysis, public affairs, or government relations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information
- Demonstrated ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple initiatives
- Knowledge of defense/government contracting context is a plus
