Senior Learning Designer, Product Focused

We are currently looking to engage a highly competent and result-oriented Senior Learning Designer, Product-Focused with strong personal & professional integrity to join our dynamic team in the Nile Digital Education Department.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end instructional and learning experience design.

• Translate learning needs into product requirements and learning journeys.

• Design curricula, modules, courses, assessments and learning activities.

• Apply instructional design models and adult learning principles.

• Develop learner personas, journey maps and learning pathways.

• Collaborate with SMEs, media producers, product teams and technology teams.

• Create storyboards, prototypes and learning specifications.

• Conduct usability and learning experience reviews.

• Analyse learner data to improve learning products.

• Lead content review and quality assurance.

• Establish reusable learning design frameworks and standards.

• Manage multiple learning product development projects.

• Continuously improve existing products based on learner feedback and performance data.

• Educational and Professional Qualification(s) required for this position

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Psychology, Business or related discipline.

• 5–7 years' experience in instructional/learning design.

• Strong experience designing digital learning products.

• Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise or equivalent.

• Experience with LMS platforms.

• Knowledge of UX/LX principles and learning analytics.
