Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related field (Master’s or professional certification such as CFA, ICAN, ACCA, preferred).
- Minimum of 10–12 years’ proven success in a senior leadership role within the commercial banking industry.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Strong expertise in business growth, relationship management, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver sustainable value and achieve measurable results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
