About the Role This high visibility role directly supports senior leadership and is pivotal in scaling and driving operational excellence for CTC's systematic trading business. You will collaborate closely with quantitative researchers, traders, technologists, and cross-functional enterprise teams to accelerate strategic initiatives—expanding product offerings, optimizing execution costs, and strengthening risk management frameworks.
What You'll Do
- Partner with quantitative researchers, traders, and technologists to drive operational excellence and scale CTC's systematic trading business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional enterprise teams to accelerate strategic initiatives, including expanding product offerings, optimizing execution costs, and strengthening risk management frameworks.
- Support senior leadership with planning, execution, and performance measurement to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Drive process improvements and program delivery across multiple initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in operations, program management, or related roles within financial services or trading environments.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across quantitative researchers, traders, technologists, and enterprise teams.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision making.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive them to completion in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in derivatives trading or market-making environments.
- Knowledge of quantitative research or algorithmic trading concepts.
- Familiarity with trading systems, risk management frameworks, and execution infrastructure.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $175,000 – $225,000 USD per year.
- Eligible for annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
