Lead the Agentic Development Platform: Own the technical implementation end-to-end — designing and building AI agents and developer productivity capabilities that integrate directly into engineering workflows across the SDLC. Set engineering patterns and standards: Establish the architecture, technical standards, and best practices that other engineers follow when building AI-native developer tooling. Drive architecture and roadmap decisions: Represent the AI Enablement team's engineering perspective in cross-team architecture discussions, influencing technical direction beyond your immediate scope. Identify and eliminate workflow inefficiencies: Collaborate with engineering teams across the organization to surface development pain points and implement scalable, AI-assisted solutions.
