Job title: Senior/ Lead Service Delivery Consultant
About the Role Senior/Lead Service Delivery Consultants are part of our SaaS Operations team delivering services to our clients. The main purpose of the role is to contribute to the effective support and maintenance of SimCorp Dimension and to all aspects of service delivery around SimCorp Dimension. This role focuses on providing production support and client solutions across APAC/EMEA shifts.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the key contact for clients regarding production support and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analyse problems and issues in client production environments for SimCorp services and provide timely, SLA-bound solutions.
- Advise clients independently on configuration, maintenance and enhancements to ensure optimal, future-oriented use of SimCorp services.
- Collaborate with global SimCorp professionals to share knowledge and deliver efficient client solutions.
- Work on APAC/EMEA shift with occasional Weekend/Public Holiday work and potential extended hours.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in finance/economics/mathematics/computer science.
- Knowledge of financial issues (theoretical and practical).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in asset management, funds management or custody.
- Familiar with SimCorp Dimension and with front-to-back investment management solutions.
- Strong multi-tasking, proactive, service-minded, problem-solving orientation, and ability to work in time-sensitive situations.
- APAC/EMEA shift availability may be required; Hybrid work arrangement (2x in-office per week).
