Senior/Lead Java Fullstack Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience to join the Investment Engineering team supporting front-office investment platforms. The role requires a hands-on, self-driven engineer who can independently own and deliver full-stack applications, system integrations, and strategic technology initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Core Java, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or equivalent), with proven experience designing, building, and supporting scalable applications. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technology teams to develop solutions across investment management, portfolio analytics, compliance, data platforms, and enterprise workflows.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Core Java and Front end.
• Full-stack development experience with React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
• Experience building APIs, integrations, and data-driven applications.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage projects from design through deployment and production support.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in financial services, investment management, or capital markets.
• Experience with Azure and Snowflake (or similar cloud/data platforms).
• Exposure to AI-powered or agentic application development.
• Experience working within large-scale enterprise or multi-vendor environments.
