About the Role Senior Lead Consultant to drive the technical delivery of ORTEC's Routing and Dispatch software for medium to large customers, leading implementation across the full life cycle. What You'll Do
- Lead the technical delivery across the software implementation life cycle, from requirements to deployment.
- Collaborate with the solution architect to translate business needs into design using ORTEC Routing and Dispatch.
- Define work packages, monitor scope and progress, and ensure on-time delivery of end-to-end solutions (data imports/exports; interfaces using SQL, XML, and XSL; software/configuration; GUI setup; and test scenarios).
- Support SIT and UAT, conduct trainings (train-the-trainer), and perform deployment, baselining, optimization tuning, hypercare, and transition to global support.
- Advise on supply chain business context, act as product expert, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and third parties.
- Identify commercial opportunities for ORTEC Routing and Dispatch and contribute ideas for project and product improvements. What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end solution design including delivering and dispatching solutions via requirement configuration, integration, testing, and rollout.
- Experience creating and executing internal test scenarios; supporting SIT and UAT training.
- Front-end (GUI) software configuration; baselining and optimization tuning; deployment to customer environments.
- Experience creating interfaces using SQL, XML and XSL.
- Ability to travel ~30% domestically for client site visits, design discussions, and trainings.
- Telecommuting permitted less than 50% per week within the same geographic location as the assigned ORTEC office. Compensation & Benefits
